Proper care of your pet while at our kennel begins with a total commitment to the well-being, safety and comfort of your pet. From check-in to check-out, we focus on your pet's needs.

Following are a few of the ways we provide the care you and your pet deserve.

Records

Comprehensive kennel and guest record management software application maintains the important records needed about your pet. This includes health records, medications, special diets or feeding instructions. Any special care reports are placed in your pet's locker and referred to each day.

Feeding

We feed Black Gold Premium Dog Food, unless you prefer feeding what you normally feed at home. We'll be happy to accommodate your wishes. We will feed your pet once or twice a day per your instructions. Water bowls are stainless steel, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each day. Throughout the day water bowls are checked to ensure water in always available.

Medications will be administered per your instructions.

Your pet will play and exercise in one of our outside play areas throughout the day (weather permitting). Not only is this important to your dog's overall well-being, but it gives him/her a chance to socialize with other dogs - also important. Dogs are supervised and only coupled with compatible playmates.
